Description

This superb 27-hole Troon Golf championship course designed by Ted Robinson, has become one of - if not the - finest upscale daily fee facilities in the country. Ocotillo has lush rolling terrain, groves of mature trees and water on 24 of its 27 holes. Known far and wide for the quality of play, the course is maintained in pristine condition on a year-round basis. The three nine-hole layouts, Blue (par 36), Gold (par 36) and White (par 35), have various combinations of slope ratings. The Blue-Gold has a slope rating of 131, while the Blue-White, Gold-White combinations are both 128. All combinations are excellent tests of golf. Other amenities include a fully-enclosed event pavilion, Bernard's fine dining, and a Pro Shop rated in the top 100 in the United States.

Apache Creek Golf Club

Description

Apache Creek is a turf-style desert course with transitional areas framing the fairways, making accurate tee shots an absolute must if you want to see negative numbers on your scorecard. The small-to-medium-sized greens can be a bit feisty. However, with a little skill, you'll capture a few birdies, and with Apache Creek's great rates, they won't cost you an arm and a leg in the process.

Description

Experience a great round of golf at the Arizona Golf Resort where you will enjoy being treated like a member. The resort course is traditional in design with a variety of mature trees framing each hole. Fairways are wide, tees and undulating greens are elevated with white sand bunkers well placed throughout the course. Three crystal clear lakes add to the interest of the round. The 14th is the Signature Hole requiring a 175-yard shot directed through two large cottonwood trees and over water to the green. Four of the six par-3's play at over 200 yards. Dobson Ranch Golf Course

Description

Dobson Ranch Golf Course is an 18-hole championship golf course featuring mature landscaping and large greens. Twice voted Best Public Golf Course by readers of a popular Valley entertainment guide, golfers appreciate the excellent course condition and playability. There's also a lighted driving range and putting green. P.G.A. golf instruction is offered for players of all ages and abilities. Free junior clinics are held each summer following the end of the school year.
